1.        Low block with left hand (left foot forward)—front stance

2.        Step forward into a middle block with right hand (right foot forward)—front stance

3.        Long turn into low block with right hand (right foot forward)—front stance

4.        Step forward into a middle block with left hand     (left foot forward)-front stance

5.        Quarter turn into low block with left hand (left foot forward)—front stance

6.        Step forward into a middle block with right hand (right hand forward)—front stance

7.        Step forward into a middle block with left hand (left foot forward)—front stance

8.        Step forward into a middle punch with right hand (right hand forward)—front stance, loud yell!

9.        Three quarter turn into double knife hands (left hand and left foot forward)—back stance

10.   Step forward into a middle block with right hand (right foot forward)—front stance

11.   Long turn double middle knife hands (right hand and right foot forward)—back stance

12.   Step forward into a middle block with left hand (left foot forward)—front stance

13.   Quarter turn into low block with left hand (left foot forward)—front stance
