Your form begins and ends in choon bee

1.       High block with left hand (left foot forward)—front stance

2.       Front kick with right foot followed by a punch with right hand (right foot forward)—front stance
-when you kick re-chamber your kick and as you set your foot down in a front stance punch with your right hand

3.       Long turn into high block with right hand (right foot forward)—front stance

4.       Front kick with left foot followed by a punch with left hand (left foot forward)—front stance
-when you kick re-chamber your kick and as you set your foot down in a front stance punch with your left hand

5.       Quarter turn into double low knife hands (left hand and foot forward)—back stance

6.       Step forward into double middle knife hands (right hand and foot forward)—back stance

7.       Step forward into a high block with left hand (left foot forward)—front stance

8.       Step forward into a high punch with right hand (right hand forward)—front stance, loud yell!

9.       Three quarter turn into high block with left hand (left foot forward)—front stance

10.  Front kick with right foot followed by a punch with right hand (right foot forward)—front stance

17.  Three quarter turn into high block with left hand (left foot forward)—front stance
